Hire staff

We supply temporary and temp-to-perm staff as an employment business, and introduce permanent candidates as an employment agency, to businesses in transport, hospitality, construction and social care.

Where we supply

Slough and nearby first, then nationwide in England, Scotland and Wales. Social care is in England only for now. We do not supply nurses or home care to individuals, or any work in agriculture, shellfish gathering or food processing and packaging.

What we need from you before a booking

• Your business's name and address, and who we deal with.
• The start date and how long you expect the work to last.
• The role: the work, the place, the hours, any known health and safety risks and what you do about them.
• The experience, training, qualifications and authorisations the role needs, and any expenses.
• For temporary roles, the basic pay and conditions of a comparable employee, so the worker's pay can change after 12 weeks as the law requires.
• Your confirmation that the role does not cover anyone taking part in a strike or other industrial action.
• For permanent roles, the pay and the notice period.

How it works

1. Email jobs@staffing-options.co.uk with the role.
2. We agree our hirer terms and your credit limit with you.
3. We put forward checked candidates, with their agreement. You choose.
4. For temporary staff, you approve the hours each week; we invoice weekly, payable within 14 days.
